What is the eFax Router?

eFax Router is a configurable Windows application that allows the auto-download of faxes for one or multiple fax numbers over a secure internet connection. Many organizations, especially in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, legal, and financial services, use fax as a critical part of their daily information workflow. What is the eFax Router > Cluster Manager?

For enterprise customers who have multiple instances of eFax Router (for redundancy or to keep up with high fax volume), instead of having to log into each server/VM to manage that specific installation of the router, you can install the eFax Router > Cluster Manager, a new desktop application, where you can view and manage all your router installations from one quick, easy interface.
